The accommodations matched my expectations, same as prior visits to the hotel. I arrived much earlier than normal check-in time, the front desk managed to have my room ready by noon. I will definitely STILL recommend to others,and stay here in the futur

My bathroom towel had spots on it and black hairs stuck on it, when I went to use it. I spoke to the manager in house keeping and she said she would follow up with it. Not sure if she did.

The property was very nice looking in the lobby. And the room was nice as well. The beds were very comfortable and the TV was great. The restaurant staff were fantastic, the staff at the desk were also fantastic. They helped me immediately when I went to them with requests. The staff made my stay very enjoyable and I would 100% go back. The shuttle service is also excellent.
Negatives:
I saw a cockroach in the elevator, which was concerning. And the hot food at the breakfast buffet was too cold. The turkey sausages were hard to chew because they were over cooked. But I made it work.

Vending machine didnt work and wasnt sure if money was deducted; no assistance could be given from the front desk as its an external companys machine. Using the convenience store on property was more convenient.
