Negatives:
Main problem is room design where you can't turn on the bathroom light without illuminating the whole room. I was in a medical meeting and raised earlier than my wife, she could not continue sleeping once I started using the bathroom.

Positives:
Location, complimentary water, tea and coffee. Overall, the setup could be very comfortable, the room nominally had everything one would need while traveling. I liked to be placed farther away from the elevator and heavy traffic.
Negatives:
Run down furniture, sheets were not ideally clean (small old stain), the iron was not usable as there was something stuck on its ironing surface, I could hear people talking in the neighboring room (they didn’t scream, just were talking normal volume and I could hear everything). Wasn’t sure the shower floor was really clean, small tiles didn’t look particularly hygienic

Overpriced for the quality
Positives:
Beds and pillows were quite comfy. Check-in and check-out was smooth. Staff were great. Good location. Water pressure and temperature in the shower was good. Room was large enough for two people with luggage.
Negatives:
Room was below the gym so we were awoken by loud noises and banging and requested a room change. Cost was quite expensive (not just the cost of the hotel room, also $40 per day per vehicle for parking). Hallways were loud and heard doors slamming constantly and people talking.

No grab bars in shower and older folks have a difficult time climbing in and out of bathtubs to take a shower. So, shower was unusable.

The location and the parking facilities were really good. Close to everything.
The staff were very pleasant. There is a Starbucks attached to the hotel, which is convenient. The roof top pool is really cool and the kids loved it.
Negatives:
The room was very small as was the washroom. There was no exhaust fan in the washroom and there was no other mirror in the room other than in the
washroom.
