The staff are incredible and the service is beyond magnificent! Georgie the Robot who delivers Easter to your room was the highlight of the trip! We honestly have been coming here for two years for a birthday tradition and will return next year as well!

We spend out whole time walking distance from the Hotel. Conert at Koerner Hall. Visited the Gardner Museum and the University Art Museum. All staff were helpful, cheerful, personal. Positive energy.
