Rooms is incredibly spacious and the view and location are great. I feel very safe and well looked after as a female solo traveler. None of the utensils are in the kitchenette but I assume if I needed them I would just have to ask at reception.

Excellent location opposite Massey Hall and close to public transport links. The rooms are spacious, clean and very comfortable. Lifts quick and efficient. Stayed for 3 days (15th floor) & on our return (17th floor large suite) to Toronto before flying home. The staff on reception and throughout the hotel were very welcoming & friendly whenever we entered or went out of the hotel.

Nothing although the entrance could be a little brighter.
