The room was not ready .although we were early. But the rest of our group got their rooms early ..
Then, when we finally got to check in, it was quite a slow process.. Staff at the front desk were helpful but very slow.

Hotel is located in great central location with close access to Yonge Street theatres, Massey Hall, and Eaton Centre. The room was large and nicely decorated. Shower was great.
Negatives:
The beds are lower than average heights so could pose an issue with anyone with mobility issues.

Location was great. Room was super clean and comfortable, especially the bathroom! Parking across the street was convenient and reasonable. Had drinks and food at Stages restaurant that were above average.
