Our room was excellent. Great beds. Lovely kitchen and a wonderful shower. Everything in hotel was spotless. Excellent location too. Staff very friendly and attentive.

Comfortable rooms, great location, convenient access to public transit (some downtown attractions were within walking range, and there was a subway station just a block away down the street)
Negatives:
Having to use my room key for elevator access was a hassle (especially since the key sensor was only on one side); no clear way to lock the bathroom door; sometimes the bathroom door sounded as if someone was trying to force it in, which was very alarming

The shower was lovely to look at but could not figure out how to operate the different shower heads or temperature. Couldn't this be simpler or at least have some instructions?

Great location although because so central it did get noisy.

Messy details-poorly finished bathroom,weak water pressure-also saw the pillow was stained underneath the cover and a bug at the end of the stay.

The location, the size of the room, the gym.
Negatives:
The rather large kitchen unit had empty cupboards. Kitchenware is only on request and you get a ridiculously minimalistic set.
There was a nice dining table in the room, but only three chairs for four guests.
