Between Saturday, Apr 20th, 2024 at midnight and Sunday, Apr 21st, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Toronto), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation between Apr 20 and Apr 21, you will still be charged for the full amount. After Sunday, Apr 21st, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Toronto), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Apr 21, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Refund Policy

Risk-free booking! Cancel before 2024-04-20 and you'll pay nothing! Any cancellation received on your check-in date will incur a charge of 20% of the booking value. Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and will incur a charge of 100% of the booking value (Hotel policy).

Negatives: Temperature control was a bit difficult. Main room was super hot, but the bedrooms were very cool. Thermostat is located in main room so it didn't control the bedrooms temp very well.

Negatives: Found roaches in the room as well as dirty sheets then when I brought it to the attention of front desk he offered to move our room which we accepted until we got into that room and found a large yellow stain on the shower curtain beside the toilet, so we opted to leave because we were uncomfortable staying in these conditions. I was told that the manager would be in touch with me her name is may she did not get in touch with me, I had to call and try to reach out to her and I was told she had left for the day we had also just found out our card had got charged a second time for the room then I called again the next day and was told she was in a meeting and she would call me back tomorrow this is honestly unacceptable. I’ve been working in hotels for almost 10 years and we would never leave our rooms in such a state let alone avoid a costumer

Positives: The parking fee per car is ridiculous and I've stayed at your hotel 3 times. And alsed 3 times to get 3.0 usb ports and you don't have any. It's a Major failure that unresolved and reasonable utility such as a usb is more of standard then a wall plug. You don't have any. Tell your staff to stop playing Punjabi news in the breakfast area tv. And get usb ports in your rooms. It's like Mc Donalds not having ice in their sodas. Hotel not having usb ports.

Negatives: No usb ports and stupid news channel in foreign language in the mess breakfast room
