Location was excellent and close to restaurants and Rogers Centre. Room was very nice. I had end King room with pullout.
Negatives:
Gym was small. Having to use your room key every time you get into the elevator was annoying but understandable. Fairly small check in area and lounge bar not open until 5 pm.

Staff at hotel booked different room than what was reserved, I booked a two bedroom suite and they said booking.com sent over a 1 room.
Customer service from Booking.com didn't follow-up with me, hung up the phone three times on me because they had no solutions and didnt work with the hotel to get what I paid for through your website. No follow-ups with your company, just a we will be in contact within 24 hours and still haven't heard anything.

I traveled with my wife and 2 kids, at check-in the hotel staff gave us an upgrade to a studio, that wasn't available during reservation, to help better accommodate.
Negatives:
We went to a Blue Jays game and after the game was over we returned to the hotel, as patrons were returning, 2 of the 3 elevators were inoperable, not exactly convenient timing.
