Negatives: The overall room could have been much cleaner. There was a build up of dust and garbage around the washer & dryer. The kitchen cupboards could use a good cleaning inside and out. The carpets need a good cleaning, like move the furniture and really vacuum.

Positives: We stayed twice in Nov and both rooms were clean and had been remodeled. Everything worked, the room was quiet even though we were close to the elevators. This is our hotel of choice when at Pearson.

Positives: Close to the airport. Very well run establishment. Facility and rooms were clean, staff were friendly and professional. We were offered a room upgrade at a very reasonable price. Parking is great, can't say enough about how easy it is to arrange parking for extended period.

Negatives: Little breakfast bar in the lobby is overpriced and selection is slim.
