Lovely atmosphere, staff excellent except for one lady serving afternoon tea who was very slack, so busy chatting while our tea was getting cold while we waited for her to bring milk which we requested twice.

The service is great. I was not fond of my original room. I was moved and room much better. Lovely patio off the room! Great outdoor space that’s private.

Original room had a weird ceiling like it was patched but not painted. I asked to move.
At times you could hear a dog bark next door.
Wasn’t that bad but perhaps have pets on a specific floor.

Check in was easy, we got a good upgrade to room with a view at a reasonable price. We had a cake delivered to our room to celebrate our anniversary .
