With access they can enjoy daily breakfast, lunch, dinner and snack service – which includes premium alcohol and wine after 11:00.

The ladies and concierge on in the club level lounge were PHENOMENAL!!!! They were truly were exceptional. The bed was comfortable and my room was very nice.

The ice machine on the floor was out of order which was highly inconvenient. the black out drapes while velcroed to the wall still let the sunshine in that landed right in my face in the mornings.

I thought...the Ritz...and expected it to be much more glamours than what met my eyes. Ritz in down town toronto is...tired, dated even.
The staff who checked us in almost got me to pay my prepaid room as he mixed up my name with another guest's...and would have given me the wrong room type if i hadn't insisted on what I have booked. They were apologetic about it and of course everyone makes mistakes, no damage done.
Stay was...ok. Really nothing to write home about for the price I've paid, but if you're a marriot member or are looking for a business hotel, this does the job. It wasn't an experience for me and full disclosure I only stayed one night.
Service and people overall were great despite the mix up, everyone was helpful.
