Room was very clean, bed was super comfortable, and staff were so lovely.
Negatives:
The toilet in our room was not flushing properly, but it wasn't a big deal. It took us a while to figure out where the sauna/steam rooms were as there were no signs anywhere.

I had multiple troubles - I ordered room service each night I was there and every night it was incorrect. I tried to correct it the first night but I gave up the next night. The beds weren’t very comfortable. I didn’t have hot water my first morning to shower.

I loved the location very convient food CN tower. Staff was friendly, beds comfy. Pool was warm which was good for my 6 year old.
Negatives:
Room was freezing. Hair was on the bathroom floor. Would be nice to have a microwave.
