The Junior Suite was a good size with a large bathroom. The location was excellent - TTC; ROM; shopping; restaurants. The team who assisted us were friendly and professional.
Negatives:
The fridge in the room was not available however the front desk were handing out bottled water on request. Not really environmentally friendly and it sends a signal that the tap water in Toronto is not drinkable.

The location was great. It was close to downtown, right opposite the Royal Ontario Museum, close to excellent dining and coffee. Transport was easy, taxis, bike share and transit are all close. My room had a great view.

Had an upgrade to a suite, which was quite nice and large. Overall the staff is very attentive and helpful. Location is very good.
Negatives:
There are no ash trays or trash cans outside. This is quite annoying as you have to bring your cigarette buds at least 100 meters to the next available trash can (and obviously a lot of people just litter because of the missing trash can).
