Nothing. I had no chance of overnighting there.
Negatives:
I arrived at 1,30 AM and was informed that I could not have a room, (a room that had been confirmed and prepaid) due to some kind of "overbooking" and not well specified "technical problems " in a couple of rooms. They had not sent me any message to inform me or anything.
Once at the check in, the night manager came to me to explain what had happened, and told me that they had rebooked me on a nearby hotel, and had a taxi wating for me. Also, they promised to refund me (I have not yet received that, but hopefully it will be ok) and paid for the other hotel. So, they did take care of the problem, and were kind and helpful. But it's not acceptable that my room was confirmed and paid, something like that happens and do not even send a message! At 1,30 AM, deadtired, I could have gone straight to the other hotel.

Upon arrival to the hotel the staff were very friendly and accommodating and they took care of my request for 2 rooms close to each other for all of us .
First day of our breakfast the staff Eden was very friendly and made us feel at home, Catherine as-well…
Second day… Josie and Catherine was as-well very nice, polite, funny and made us feel at home.
Third day … they took care of our breakfast preparing it as early as they open since we have to leave for our trip to Niagara .. Herbert took care of that before the restaurant opens at 7:30.. he made sure that we had it by 0645.
I seldom give reviews but this time I have to make sure I will.
TIL our last day in the hotel , they made it that we really enjoyed our stay.
For sure, if we come back I will definitely go to this hotel .
Kudos to all the staff…
