The hotel was beautiful and had many amenities. The breakfast was good. My fiancé and I do not eat meat. They delivered a meal that had bacon on it but it did not say that on the menu. They remade our meals, credited off our account and fixed the menu ASAP to avoid this next time.

Negatives:
1) Breakfast never was open on time. Two of three days people were not friendly. Only once the waitress was nice and welcoming.
2) Receptionist sold museum tickets for the wrong day.
3) When we forgot charger in the room, stuff didn’t help. They disappeared for 30 or more minutes and said they couldn’t find. When we get to the room, the charger was exactly where we said it should have been left. It was after check out, so we asked them to search, did not do it by ourselves first time.
4) nice location, stylish design, but poor management, wrong team and attitude.

Good location, was clean and in good repair. Design was fun. Bed was comfortable.
Negatives:
Open bathroom wasn’t very practical despite looking good and the size of the shower etc felt very constricted. Some of the basic amenities felt cheap like 1 ply toilet paper and toiletries felt very basic.
