Positives: My family and I felt welcome from the moment we walked through the door; from the staff offering the little ones a cookie, to the phone call we received a few minutes after we checked in our room to make sure everything was okay as well as the kind service we got the next day when we sat down for breakfast. Definitely made our stay more enjoyable and less stressful to be in Toronto. Kindness goes a long way in this day and age and would definitely consider staying here again! Good location, nice and close to Vaughn subway station to get into Toronto, and located near IKEA. They have a comfortable restaurant, safe parking, and a nice pool.
