Negatives: The rooms did not have body cream and no shower cap for the women, There was not enough variety of breakfast food options to choose from the menu

Negatives: There was probably nothing about your hotel that I didn't enjoy.

Negatives: The complimentary hot breakfast was good, but not great. Instead of a waffle-making machine, they provided pre-cooked waffles that you had to heat up in a toaster. Coffee was mediocre. However, they did have hot omelets and sausages and a good variety of items. Overall, though, for a hotel like this I expected something a bit better.

Negatives: Where do I begin, I came to check in around 7pm only to be told they had overbooked the hotel so they had moved us across the road to a different hotel- we had booked a king suite here for the sole reason to have a seperate bedroom with a door as we have children, the “new” room did not have this, the front desk staff tried to tell me it was the exact same when he called to confirm he realized he was indeed wrong and there was not a seperate bedroom. On top of that the hotel did not attempt in anyway to contact me at any point prior to our stay or even at any point after check in to make me aware of these changes- the room was paid in full at the time of booking. We travelled from out of town and it was now 7pm with limited options of finding another suitable hotel. I continued to express how inexcusable this was and when the front desk staff realized I was not going to just “leave” and accept the downgrade of hotel and room he some how managed to “find” me a room in the overbooked hotel- again not the same room I had booked and paid for initially. There was never an attempt to try and provide any compensation for this extreme inconvenience- not even the offer of the regular complimentary water bottles. I have never been more disappointed with a Hilton hotel in my life.
