Very pleasant but expensive food...
Positives:
The location was excellent as we came to shop for Christmas. We had dinner for both nites at your restaurant. Both meals were very good.

Noise in the hallway, there was a hockey tournament with energetic boys there.

The receptionist couldn't find by booking, it was prepaid and confirmed via Bookings.com - they told me there's a glitch in the system and bookings don't always import correctly

The standard room where my kids stayed smelled so bad. May have been from a damp carpet. Breakfast didn't have much variety.
No smart TV for a hotel as this - disappointing.

Room was always cleaned, coffee stocked up daily and a comfortable bed.
The buffet breakfast worke dgreat and all the staff were really helpful
Negatives:
I wouldn't book over a weekend again as the place was full of kids hockey teams....in itself not a problem at all, but when irresponsible parents allow them to be running around shouting and screaming in the corridors until gone 11pm then the hotel has a duty to do something about it. It spoiled the stay overall

The service in this hotel is poor, first they don’t have smart Television in the rooms, instead of giving free movies to watch, they are selling movies, I feel that’s a way of extorting …after paying the hotel fee I still need to pay to watch movies, when I was checking out, I needed the cart to get my luggage, I called the reception and I was asked to pick up the cart my self from
The lobby …aside these two things I listed which I’ll be happy if they can work on as I would like to visit again but don’t wanna have such experience again, aside this every other thing to me was okay

The location to Vaughan Mills and local restaurants was excellent.
Negatives:
The hair conditioner dispenser in our shower was empty, however when I mentioned it to the front desk, they told me I should have called to get conditioner, unfortunately I was in the shower when I found out.
