The fact that I clearly chose Saturday May 4th to May 5th when searching for a hotel room and yet my reservation and confirmation says May 3rd. The hotel had a room available for the night that I showed up, which was on May 4th and refused to allow the modification to happen. All this after being on the phone for over 30 mins. I then received an email from Booking.com saying that I spoke with someone from Customer service on May 5th with message dated May 4th.. The dates on Bookings.com are clearly off by a day. Unfortunately, I didn't catch the mistake before heading to my destination. I have now been charged the full amount for a stay I didn't get. The fact that the hotel refused to accomodate when it was now almost 11:00 pm and a room was available really just goes to show that they do not care about the patrons.

Breakfast was great. Location was perfect for us. Bonus was that we could bring our dog.

The bathroom floor could have been a little clean around the tub but all in all it was a good stay.

Staff was pleasant. Old property that has been renovated so floors are new and mattresses were ok but the frames were old and made a terrible noise every time you moved.
Negatives:
Unsafe first floor, sketchy people appears to live there. Firetruck came 2 times over a 2 night stay. Not sure why, likely attending medical call in the parking lot.
All the electrical outlets are so worn out that the plugs are falling out of the walls.
