Nothing about this property was good. Customer service was garbage. We were given a room without a secure door. The room was supposed to be smoke free. And smelled of smoke. Walls had a milliom holes in it. Toilet actually had a cigarette burn on it.
Negatives:
The room was filthy. Front desk people are rude and don't accommodate.
I has asked to see if I could extend my check out just an extra hour. Was told no. Because they have 40 guests coming in.... Ok that's half of your rooms. Not even fully booked. And the cleaning ladies were at the other end of the hall. And probably would've taken 2 hours before reaching my door. Which also you need to put your room key in backwards?. After walking basically to the end of the hall. And trying the key multiple times. For the lady at the front to say "oh. Yea. You put it in the opposite way." ok... You couldn't say that from when you gave the key? An sit has an arrow on the key. Which is the opposite of the he direction that the key goes in the door?

Garbage stay. Won't be back....
Positives:
The room was very clean, smelled nice. Check in was very quick and simple, we came in late and there was a bit of a line but the lady was very nice and got us into our room without any hassle. Breakfast was great, fresh boiled eggs even. Lots of seating and bagel options. Nice sliding walkout patio door with a lock bar.
Negatives:
There were only two towels and four people, but we could have gotten more if we needed.

Great location. Lots of restaurants, bars and even grocery stores walking distance away. It was only 5 mins from where my son’s basketball tournament was. The staff were super friendly and welcoming. It was great to have a patio door to load and unload the car. Breakfast was decent. Great value! Super affordable.
Negatives:
The bed mattress and pillows were not the comfiest. The only downside of our stay. But it was a great value so
can’t complain/expect too much.
