Motel 6 - Toronto East - Whitby

Negatives: Strong smell of urine. Very sketchy. Rooms not soundproof.

Negatives: Doors opening and closing all night probably drug dealers pimps and hookers

Negatives: Absolutely disgusting hotel, filthy, advertised as none smoking but that is 100% not the case, the whole place reeks of cigarettes and weed. The room was a disgrace with burns everywhere and holes all over the curtains. My daughter and her friend felt threatened and unsafe and had issues with their asthma and allergies as soon as they went in. We called Booking.com customer service and they were no help at all despite having a policy the states if the room is not as described they will issue a refund and relocate you.... none of this was done or seemed possible. We got our own refund and found a new hotel ourselves. Dont stay here!

Negatives: The bed, are not that comfortable. The rooms need to have iron and even a small fridge.

Negatives: Nothing not to like.

Negatives: At 8am there was a knock on our door and someone wanted to come in and check to see how the room was cleaned the day before and only wanted to check under the bed. Thought that was really strange and should have been done after it was cleaned.

Negatives: Room weren't big enough for wheelchair to move around comfortable

Negatives: The room didn't smell pleasant and I'm a nonsmoker and the room smells like cigarettes the top sheet has a cigarette burn the heat didn't work properly I had to go to the gas station to get ice because there was none one the whole compound the ice machines doesn't work there should be mini fridge in the room there should be smart TV or wifi or cable TV in the room

Negatives: The only issue was the noise in the hallway. From what I understand, there are people who live there, so that might indicate why things were a little loud at times during the night.

Negatives: EVERYTHING WAS TERRIBLE. The place was disgustingly dirty and smelt terrible. The booking online I made got completely mad wrong in their system and the staff refused to change it and was going to charge me more. They also made a second reservation without my permission and wouldn't cancel it cause it was past the timeline. I wasn't happy and it went known. Couldn't believe how bad this place smelled and how dirty it was. I'm very easy going and would put up with small things wrong but this was unbelievable. I was in my room for about 5 mins just flabbergasted before walking out and demanding a refund. Can not believe this place passes any inspections if it does. So mad about the whole reservation problem and will be speaking to hire ups. I would give a 0 for everything if it was an option.
