When we first got to the room there was the lingering odour of smoke the bathtub was not clean then there was water leaking from the ceiling onto the toilet we got moved to another room once I informed hotel staff of the leak the room we were moved to also smelled even more so like cigarette smoke the bed had broken support and was sagging in the middle the mattress was also disgustingly covered in stains and the shower was not clean.
