Positives: I really loved the heated pool and hot tub. I appreciated having the fridge in my room as well.

Negatives: The thermostat was broken and there was a portable air conditioning unit in my room that wouldn’t work. It got so hot in our room that I had to call the front desk. Our thermostat was stuck on heat and when the maintenance man shut the heat off and got the air conditioner running, it was hard to sleep because it kept making a loud puttering sound. Also, the price charged to my card was more than what I’d booked it for.
