I received extremely rude customer service by the overnight attendant. When I booked my room I noted that i would be arriving past midnight and was told that it wasn’t a problem because there was a 24/7 desk. When i arrived I was told that my reservation had been considered a no show and when cancelled and was given no help or solutions. I was told that at 2am the “room went poof” and disappeared. They told that there was nothing they could do even though I had prepaid for the room. I left and found a hotel room somewhere and am unlikely to book with comfort inn again.
