Positives: The location was easy to find. The lobby and room were very clean and well maintained. The staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast had hot food options and was well stocked. We would return again in the future.
Negatives: We liked everything about the hotel and our stay.

Negatives: I received extremely rude customer service by the overnight attendant. When I booked my room I noted that i would be arriving past midnight and was told that it wasnt a problem because there was a 24/7 desk. When i arrived I was told that my reservation had been considered a no show and when cancelled and was given no help or solutions. I was told that at 2am the room went poof and disappeared. They told that there was nothing they could do even though I had prepaid for the room. I left and found a hotel room somewhere and am unlikely to book with comfort inn again.

Negatives: Too noisy, needed more choices at breakfast, bed was very uncomfortable, no elevator, had to walk all the way down the hall and up the stairs to my room.
