The women at the front desk stunk so bad of cigarettes. Her breath was too Smokey and made me sick . My daughter has asthma and the smoke smell was rhat strong my 3 year old said it was stinky .
The room they gave us was right at the end of the hall and stairwell. Doors were opening and slamming shut all night . They shook my door all night and my kids were scared someone was breaking in . No one slept . Called to complain and the front desk said there was no more available rooms . Won’t be returning . We need to stay in Windsor a few times a month and this was the perfect location, however after we couldn’t get a different room that makes me disappointed in the service .
