The overall experience was perfect. The hotel was clean. Room was spacious, clean and welcoming. Disappointed there's only a shower not tub. The room had an ok view but for the price we paid not worth it. We were put on a low floor. Breakfast was excellent and staff was friendly!

Great location along the river, and walking distance to everything downtown.

Secure, underground parking would have put my mind at a little more ease, but I had no problems with my car being parked out in the open lot.
No fault of the hotel, but I gave up trying to get the continental breakfast both mornings as there was a school group of teenagers that took up the whole area, so I went off-site for breakfast.

The hotel was very average, check in and check out was pretty easy. Breakfast options were standard, and it felt safe for the most part. Staff was friendly and paid attention to detail.
Negatives:
Parking was confusing and was told to pay for parking even though the website advertised it as free parking on premises. I was also told if there was no parking on their site that I should pay a different lot but have to move the car at 7AM? I thought that was ridiculous and wish they had more space allocated for their parking lots. Elevators also took quite a long time to arrive, not sure if that is standard with all hotels but this one felt like a bit excessive. The breakfast area could use some cleaning between guests using the tables, some of the tables were really messy and sticky and none of the staff would tend to the tables and give them a wipe down.
