We loved Patricia! She was kind and caring. She could manage a huge hotel with her friendly personality. We come back there just because of her!
The security man helping us park our RV after our event in Detroit was very helpful. We came back to an almost full parking lot. He helped us find a safe place to park for the night on the lot.
