When i went to go to my room there were a 12 kids playing mini ball hockey and there parents chatting in the hallway right in front of room. I actually had to get them to move aside so i could get to my door. The racket was none stop and actually had to request to be moved, thankfully they were able to move me to another room. I cannot figure how the hotel staff would not say anything to the parents, i find it very disrespectful to the other paying guests.

Kids really enjoyed breakfast and pool. Husband thought gym facilities were excellent. While I think every pet owner should be responsible enough to be in their own poop bags, I appreciate that there at poop bags available at the back entrance of the hotel to remind guests to clean up after their animals.
Negatives:
Happened to be there on daylight savings time when we sprang forward. I asked for a late check out and got a trivial answer from front desk that it depended on housekeeping. At that point, I knew we would not have time to enjoy any facilities in the morning, which was rather disappointing.

Good value for the money.
Positives:
Staff at reception was cold but the ladies helping out with the breakfast were lovely and got gluten free bread out for my daughter. The heating system was loud switching on at regular intervals and kept me awake. The shower is lovely!
Negatives:
The fan is too noisy! Reception was cold. Pool was ok for the kids but small if you want to actually swim.
