Very disappointed, Our car was hit and there's a big dent on the front by someone inside their property (parking area). We called the manager no one answered they said (front desk) that it not their responsibility. Very unprofessional, so what's the use of parking in their property if they don't take care of their customers vehicle? I'm very disappointed they don't have CCTV it's very unsafe in that place.

Easy check in, rooms were very nice and lots of different entrances so you can park close to your room at your stay!
Positives:
Nice room, comfy beds, nice bathroom and shower, fun swimming pool.
Negatives:
I was told that, because of the holiday, only cold breakfast would be served. My family and I weren't very happy to not have the option of bacon, eggs, sausages and pancakes just because of a holiday. I believe as a big chain of hotels, they should have someone preparing hot food for guests.
