Positives:
All members of the staff were polite and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Parking is free at the hotel, and I never had any difficulty finding a spot. The hotel is within easy walking distance of the waterfront and many restaurants. I appreciated the complimentary bottles of water in the room.

The shower had very low water pressure, and it took a long time for the water to get hot.

Mold in the bathroom on the ceiling, , visibly dirty grout, sink didn’t drain, no room to actually sit on the toilet properly because space was so narrow, mold under wallpaper beside bed and wallpaper peeling back

Perfect location, right in the middle of Charlottetown. When you see the fire station and its beautiful Bickle Fire Truck, the 1931 Rodd hotel is just next door. We love the swimming pool, although nobody joined us for the one and half hour that we were swimming.
Negatives:
The room we stayed wasn’t up to date. If renovations could be done to all of the rooms, it would be great.

The restaurant was amazing! Very friendly staff and the bed was exceptionally comfortable!
Negatives:
The water pressure in the shower was very minimal due to our room being on the 4th floor. It also took quite awhile to become hot. Not life altering but frustrating.
