First, our room was super far and the ice machine by the rooms didn’t work. It wasn’t even plugged in. When I called they didn’t even fix it. I had to literally walk through a complicated path for ice. And then tell you like it’s obvious for everyone
I had reserved for 3 people and they weren’t even able to give us coffee for 3 people or coffee cups…
I was there for my birthday and the service was absolutely horrible.
They don’t make an effort clearly because they know they’ll get booked no matter what being at the bottom of Bromont ski resort..
