Positives:
We like the very pleasant and hard-working staff. The room was large and bed was comfortable with lots of pillows. The bathroom was clean with lots of towels.
Negatives:
We were shocked that they gave our reserved ground floor room away to a group of people and changed us to a second-floor room with no elevator. We are senior citizens had to carry all our luggage up the stairs. The staff assisted us with our luggage and we were very grateful for that. Only after the group of people left the following day did they give us our 1st floor room. Again we had to repack our luggage to move downstairs. We were very disappointed with the whole experience.

Positives:
The location was convenient. We had a room on the ground floor which was great because we are with someone who cant walk well. The room was nice and clean, bed was comfortable. There was also good parking space.
Negatives:
The only thing that could have been better was the breakfast area. It was too small, there was no place to sit.

The lights above the coffee machine had water leaking around them, there was no screen on the window in our room, breakfast area was very small and crowded and tables were dirty and unbalanced

The breakfast was the highlight of the stay.
Negatives:
When we arrived they gave us the key to room 116. When we got to the door there was a towel on the floor outside the door on the floor. When we opened the door it smelled terrible and the room was a mess. WE went back to the front desk and the young man said he was so sorry and brought us to another room which also was dirty and not ready. He did finally find us a room that was clean.

We arrived tired and went to sleep feeling frustrated after 20 minutes of wrong rooms.
Positives:
Good breakfast, once you were able to get to the food, and pet friendly hotel.
Negatives:
While the breakfast options are good, the breakfast area is tiny (the smallest of any hotel we stayed at), so there was a huge line up and no tables when a bus full of people that was departing together occupied the breakfast area. In short the breakfast area is tiny and poorly designed.
