The location is brilliant, and the facilities are great.
Negatives:
The staff came across as cold and impolite. I was scolded for ordering meals to the room while having no credit card on file even though I had a debit card on file and they seemed to have no issues deducting it from my deposit and they never bothered to ask when I placed the order in the first place. I had one room service person hang-up on me abruptly and the receptionist lecture about it like guests are supposed to automatically know this.
