Negatives: The pillows stank. For the price, i would have gone somewhere else. Towel felt like sandpaper. The wifi was absolutely horrible. The thermostat was having a mental issue, i set it up for 70 F, kept going back to 75F.

Negatives: No shuttle after 11pm and our flight arrives late so we had to pay a taxi. I booked 2 queen beds as we were 4 and I only put to person so when I got there they charged me extra for the other 2 person. We arrived at 2:15 am and left at 6:15. I don’t believe the hotel needed the extra money they charges us for staying there 4 hours!!!! I found that mean and almost disrespectful!! Next time I will definitely book a different hotel who won’t charge me extra and they didn’t at the Hilton garden inn
