Positives:
The staff were all extremely professional and kind. The bed was very comfortable and the room was surprisingly quiet at night, despite facing a busy street. The location was great, it was only a short walk to Old Montreal. The staff were able to accommodate a late check out for a reasonable price, and also they allowed for a secure luggage storage after check out, which was really appreciated. I liked the extra security at the entrance of the hotel (requiring guests to swipe their key card for entry or else be buzzed in).
Negatives:
The air conditioner in the room didn't seem to be working and there was no way to control the temperature aside from keeping the windows and sliding patio door open.

Nice and comfortable place to stay. Enzo and Beethoven were there the night I stayed and they were beyond helpful. I didn't even need to ask for help and they just offered! Definitely will stay here again anytime I'm in Montreal

The room was cold every time the AC (heat mode) started working, it was spreading cold air the first minutes before turning into warm air… and the bath drain didn’t work properly… not terrible things, but they should be definitely improved. Previous times the rooms where we stayed were much better
