Positives: The room was big an spacious

Negatives: The staff was rude and didn't help at all, we had an electric car that needed charging, but they didn't have electric chargers and didn't help us find one. They didn't offer room service and asked me to come and pick up the toothpaste from the concierge and even charged for the toothpaste, I would expect a 4-star hotel to give toothpaste complimentary. The room was on the second floor looking over the A/C vents of another building. The room also didn't have full darkness/light-blocking curtains. For the price I paid the room and service were very bad.
