Very close to the Bell Centre and right downtown with easy access to transit.
Negatives:
The room was very dirty - surfaces dusty and floor clearly not cleaned, it was questionable if the beds were actually cleaned, and the bathroom has someone else's hair in it.

Location was great and the beds were comfy.
Negatives:
Restaurant and pool were closed and not listed on website while booking. Entire hotel is being used as temporary housing for underprivileged people. While that is fine, the experience was incredibly unnerving and unsafe. People screaming in hallways till police were called and had someone knock on my door at 7:30am and then immediately barge in once door was open.
