Cancellation Policy

If you do not check in to the hotel on the first day of your reservation and do not alert the hotel in advance, the hotel reserves the right to cancel your reservation and you may be charged for the full amount.

Refund Policy

This booking is Non-Refundable and cannot be amended or modified. Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and will incur a charge of 100% of the booking value (Hotel policy).

Photo Policy

The reservation holder must present a valid photo ID and credit card at check-in. The credit card is required for any additional hotel specific service fees or incidental charges or fees that may be charged by the hotel to the customer at checkout. These #START_PHOTO#charges#END_PHOTO# may be mandatory (e.g., resort fees) or optional (parking, phone calls or minibar charges) and are not included in the room rate.

Important Information

Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Parking is subject to availability due to limited spaces. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of CAD 250 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note, the credit card used for the prepayment must be presented at check-in time. Debit cards and gift cards are not accepted for check-in purposes. These cards will be accepted for payment, but a valid authorized credit card is required for payment. Please note that there is a pet fee of CAD 25 per accommodations, per night. Cots/Roll-away beds will also be charged CAD 25 per bed, per night.
