Expensive parking and the breakfast issue. We had paid extra on booking.com to have breakfast included and the younger man with glasses at the greeting desk was dismissive and rude with sorting out the breakfast issue. The older gentleman co-worker was much more patient and expressed empathy and thought his service was professional.

I like that it was close to most neighborhoods, a 5-10 minutes walk from Place des Arts, close to various cafés and restaurants. The staff was nice.
Overall it was great.
Negatives:
With being close to most central attractions comes also the noise and effervescence of a main street, day and night, which you have to be ready for if not used to it with a nice pair of earplugs.

I liked the location, the sound proof rooms, and the comfortable beds and great pillows as well as the shower.
Negatives:
Not enough hooks in my bathroom, and no place to hang the hand towel. Also .the lack of plugs for devices by the bed.

Manager was terrible - needs a lesson In customer service. Spent 7000$ for a weekend group and he couldn’t show any professionalism in explaining the charges and why they were different from booking.com fees

Room was a good size. Shower and soaker tub were also nice and big
Negatives:
The bed was very uncomfortable and the pillows were all the same. They all shrunk to paper thin even when stacked on top of each other. For the price we’re paying, they should have a couple different types of pillows, not four of the same. Nothing was said about parking. Valet is only available during daytime hours. At night, you have to have security let you in as you wander floors and floors underground and then left to find your way back up.
