Freezing room in basement with no way to shut off central air circulation vent over the bed on ceiling.. Couldn't keep warm even with heaters on max

Very convenient location - close to the main downtown walking areas with shops and restaurants.
Room was a good size for two people, with a nice hot shower and bed. Would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Would be useful to have the parking recommendation/info before arriving as it was difficult to find a place to stay - the parking garage available was a fair price - 25 for the night.

I like the people that were there , other customers were very kind and helpful, it made the night a lot more fun ! It is soooo close to The Vieux port you can get a view of the Grand roue from the hotel

Great location! The staff was incredible once there. Very accommodating to our needs.

The room was in the basement and I was concerned if a fire in the room how to get out as the windows were to high. We were unable to open the windows as well. Something to look at for safety!
Also hard to get in touch with them before arrival but the girl who worked there made up for it when there!
