Between Thursday, Apr 18th, 2024 at midnight and Saturday, Apr 20th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Montreal), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Saturday, Apr 20th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Montreal), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Apr 20, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Negatives: The phone was broken which caused a mix up because we weren’t able to answer the phone when the front desk called so they had to send someone up to check on us. They were supposed to send someone to fix it but never did.

Positives: Check was easy, staff were great and straight to the point. Our breakfast was included in the room rate so that was a good bonus and the breakfast was a full one with lots of choice. However I would not have paid 35$ per person for that said breakfast if it were not included in the room rate! Room was clean and bed was comfortable

Negatives: My room was dark and the view was of a brick wall. The room was outdated and the shower was TINY! I think we were given a discount room that had not been renovated yet and that's why it was less expensive because the hotel itself was very nice.
