Close to alot including a short walk to the bell center, which is why I was in Montreal in the first place.
Negatives:
The drain in the bathroom was clogged, luckily my friend that stayed there with me found the problem which was a drain filled with a couple handfuls of hair, which should of been checked when last cleaned also the lack of a microwave in the room.

The rooms have been renovated and refreshed. Front desk check in clerk was super helpful and friendly.

Parking garage is a bit grungy.
