The bath towel in my room had a brown stain/mark. The manager didn’t have much for course of action other than an apology. I don’t think I would stay here again, the cleanliness wasn’t as clean as I had hoped for.

I booked a King room and got a Queen room - called reception and they didn't pick up. Messaged them and got no answer. I'm sure I could have gotten a cheaper or better hotel if I didn't specify that we wanted a King bed. booking.com was of zero help either.

Nice pet friendly hotel
Positives:
The location was nice and had a lots to do around and the subway is just down the street.
The room was a really good size.
Negatives:
No hot water, barely luke warm.
It was not clean, so much dust behind the bed our allergies raged.
The wall socket from the room was pertruding and seem very unsafe.
The blinds where broken and let so much light in.
