The staff was incredibly welcoming from the moment I stepped into the hotel, showcasing professionalism and warmth that immediately made me feel at home. The room was nothing short of perfect—clean, comfortable, and equipped with wonderfully cozy beds for a good night's sleep.
The hotel's location is unbeatable. Situated right in the heart of the old town, it offers the convenience of stepping out directly into the beautiful Vieux-Montréal immersed in its historic charm. Although the furniture may not be the latest style, this was no concern for me. The overall comfort, the perfect location, and the exceptional service the front desk staff provided more than made up for it.
Overall, my stay was flawless. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to experience the best of the city with utmost comfort and friendly service.

Everyone was so friendly and kind, starting with the super nice valet who greeted us. He truly could not have been nicer. The room was wonderful; they even provided pet dishes for my cat. The room was comfortable except for the pull out couch which both kids said was uncomfortable; we ended up putting the mattress on the floor the second night. The view was of the courtyard and nothing super special but perfectly pleasant. Location was perfect. One slight glitch was they said my car was too big for their parking lot so I had to go to the science center for $35 a day, which threw me a little but turned out to be no big deal. Would definitely go back. Really, nicest people ever!

Positives:
We loved the location. The bed was comfortable and loved that there was a bathtub and Occitane products. Nice to have a kitchenette even though were only there 1 night. Valet and front desk service was very satisfactory.

We had visited the Hotel last time we were in Montreal and couldn't wait to try it out. However we were not made aware that the hotel ground floor was under construction and deeply disappointed that there was no restaurant or bar lounge and had to go outside in search for a place to have dinner on a Sunday when many places were closed. The room was so spacious when we would have preferred a much more cozy room. The TV volume was very low and some channels we could barely hear. Also the toilet kept running and running and each time we flushed it we had to remove the top and place the tube properly so it would fill and stop running. We let them know when we checked out instead of calling the desk to come and fix it.
