Although valet is available, sometimes the street is so full that you cannot even stop your car for the valet to take it to parking and therefore you need to keep driving in circles until there’s available room to pull over, Specially on busy times during the weekend.

Hotel was in a fun, safe area close to everything. Front desk staff were helpful.
Negatives:
Took a little long for our food to be served at breakfast - thought the order had been forgotten about. If there’s a delay it would be better if servers came and explained that to ease our frustration.

Hotel was excellent! Rooms were large, clean and well maintained. Had everything we needed for 3 adults and 2 dogs. They provided dog beds and bowls as well. Very nice of them. Fridge/freezer combo with microwave was good for storing some leftovers. Location was excellent and very close to all the historic sites in Old Montreal. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great hotel!
They're also one of the very few hotels that allow in/out privileges for vehicles so this was VERY convenient for further drives to parks, the biodome, etc.

Clean with good location. Staff at door were helpful and courteous.
Negatives:
Check in process was exceedingly tedious and time consuming (a drawn out process of “we’ll try to have your room ready before 4:00… we’ll prioritize it”). We were given our room at 4:00. Though the room was attractive and clean, it lacked the basics that most hotel rooms offer (e.g. a place to set your suitcase other than the floor, no drawers if you wanted to unpack things, object like microwave located so high up we needed to climb on a chair to reach it).
