Positives:
The location was excellent, right in the centre of the old town, close to everything. The room was a good size, very clean and comfortable. It had a couch as well as a table and two chairs. Coffee was always available in the reception area. Unfortunately the tea provided was a very poor selection with no straightforward black tea. We didn't use the breakfast.
Negatives:
Despite putting out the make up my room sign each day the room was never serviced in the four days we were there. We don't need someone to make the bed or change the towels but the rubbish bin was overflowing by the time we left and the floor needed sweeping. The bathroom should have been cleaned in that time also. We saw the cleaning staff on the floor but they did not enter our room. This was our only disappointment with the hotel.

Nice rooms, all areas in the hotel were clean and comfortable. They even have a free hot cafe/chocolate machine for stay warm during this cold days.

Positives:
The location was fantastic, right next to the inner city. The room was decorated in a surprising style with a stylish tub, nicely decorated walls. Heating was comfy, just like the bath tub, and with outside temperatures of -10 C that was pleasant. Staff at the reception were super-kind and helpful throughout my stay.
Negatives:
When travelling by public transport and getting off at Youville, be prepared for a fairly steep uphill walk with the luggage.
Breakfast was (in my case) not included so I paid CAN$15 extra per day for breakfast, which was OK and plentiful. My rooms did not get automatically maintained during my 3-day stay (probably hotel policy - it wasn't much of a problem). The elevator was often so slow that most of the time taking the stairs was a lot quicker.
