The staff was very unpleasant, the bathtub was dirty, the wifi didn't work at all, and the breakfast was very poor quality. Definitely not worth the money, would not recommend it.

The 2 female staff were terrible . No service at all , very rude and unwilling to do the job. No polite. They don’t like their job . I saw sooooooo muck guests complaining about them. Will definitely not come back.

Positives:
It was clean enough. Didn't notice any signs of bed bugs. There was plenty of hot water. There was enough blankets and the heat was easily controlled.
Negatives:
One bed was uncomfortable. The pillows were too thick and hard causing neck pain in the morning.The shower head could work better. At 5 am, cats were meowing in the hallway. The cook was watching the customers like a hawk. The chocolate croissants were very old.

I booked 2 rooms under my name ( one room for my husband and I and the other one for my kids)
They gave me one room at the1st floor and I have to cross the street.
The othet room at the 2nd floor and it is totally far from the 1st one
I asked the receptionist to change this situation as really I need my kids close to me. She answered with an impolite way, she isn't professional at all. I asked to discuss the matter with a manager. No manager on site
My stay was very disappointed and even my bath room wasn't clean.
This hotel not recommended for families.
By thr way I was speaking in French, because her English is very bad.

Just near in most of the places we visited

Thus was hotel was the worst ive been.The smell of the place was not pleasant.The staff were horrible specially the white guy with eye glasses.You should quit there.The bath tub and sink were rusty.The bed was not comfortable.The breakfast was the worst too.Just bread,boiled egg and some fruits.Put staff that are bilingual too.Not every tourist knows how to speak french.You should renovate your hotel too.

Was not very clean. Beds were not confortable. You felt all the springs. It was more of à place were people go to party in their room. The tv only had maybe 5 channel unless u wantedvto pay more money. Pillows were flat like a sheet. :(
