Positives:
The location is superb, very central to downtown, restaurants, activities, transportation and the highway. The rooms are very clean. Free bus passes was a welcome surprise.
Negatives:
The front lobby is difficult to load luggage because there's a step and no ramp from the sidewalk. The lobby and the breakfast are very underwhelming in contrast to the rooms. Neighbourhood looks sketchy. Shower pressure was not strong enough.

We did not have the breakfast. The neighborhood had numerous places to shop and eat. Walking distance to Old Quebec city and sites.
Negatives:
Our room faced the alley and we heard the garbage pickup eraly in the AM. When cleaning up some spilled water, it was noted that the floors were not that clean. But the rest of the room was clean.

Positives:
Location in great. Walking to the old town was easy and pleasant. It was very convenient to get public transportation. Walking to the train station was easy and straightforward with luggage. I found breakfast was no fuss, you see what you see. The room was spacious with high ceiling made the stay comfortable. The bathtub was a little slippery and the shower head needed to have the screw tightened. The rug in the room was small and caused tripping problems. The closet doors were not on track, and was not easy to open and close. Overall I had a nice stay.

The breakfast was not complimentary,the cost was $10.00 ea.person per day.We did eat breakfast one day.lt was fair,the fruit seen and tasted old ,the muffins were not fresh,and the selection was not great at all.The breakfast program needs to be revamped big time.The hotel did the bare minimum when it came to breakfast.

The room was spacious and so confortable. The decor of the room was wonderful...not too cluttered., modern furniture. The window was spacious and the drapes was clean and added to the decor of the room. Bathroom was perfect, clean, spacious and lots of towels.
Negatives:
The breakfast was not not worth the price. Very boring and did not reflect the charm and quaintness of Quebec city. I also think that the evening desk clerks should be more knowledgeable about restaurants, distance and directions to the major attractions, , ( The day clerks were excellent and most helpful .)
