The front desk clerk was not nice at all . She was rolling her eyes for simple things . I booked for 2 rooms for 2 days . We have a baby and she put us on 2nd floor with additional stairs which became so difficult and impossible for us to roll the cart with our luggages .When we requested the first floor to accommodate the need esp for the baby she rolled her eyes and her total personally was completely rude . We booked on 11/14/2023-11/16/2023 for rooms 115 and 135 . But the rest of the staffs were nice except for her who checked us in .

We were on a 14 hour drive and this spot was very good to stop for a rest,

Check in person not very friendly, toilet barely flushed and same basic breakfast every morning. Back door of building always seemed unlocked which did not feel safe.

Very spacious room. Shopping mall and restaurants closeby. Nice breakfast, free parking.
Negatives:
Housekeeping is only done every 6 days. We had to bring our used towels to exchange for fresh ones. Bring ear plugs if you're a light sleeper because the highway is so close and the traffic noise is loud.
